CORPS SEPARES : SEINS ET ESPACE, 2021

The casts of women's breasts are separated from each other, creating a stark visual contrast between them and the empty space that surrounds them. The project challenges traditional notions of representation and identity, forcing viewers to question the meaning of the physical body in relation to its environment. By isolating the breasts from their owners and placing them in an unfamiliar context, the artwork invites viewers to consider the complexities of the female body and its place in society. Through the interplay of light and shadow, the project highlights the interdependence of presence and absence, and how they shape our understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
